The organization occupies a challenging space which is predominantly owned by many seasoned competitors. Further complicating the project is Dragon’s pending trajectory into multiple different verticals in firearms training, tactical, risk management, and private military security. 

 

The brand had to work for its target audience today, as well as being able to hold weight in the future with room to grow. The resulting identity and strategic plan takes a more “human centric” and friendly approach than the competition - stepping in to fill a demand in several market gaps simultaneously.
