Not a commonly applied word when it comes to marketing the medical industry, where branding tends to be exceedingly safe and utterly forgettable.

 

This tendency is not without good reason. Medical practitioners are rightly focused only on their professional. They're healers, not marketers. And patients attend medical centres for treatment, not to be dazzled by mind-blowing design. The general lack of branding and an "empty space" where medicine is practiced is usually thought of as a good thing.

 

But what if branding could help?

Sovereign's founder believes that the work of revivification and healing happens outside the clinic as well. He wanted to create a brand that would part of the patient's experience.

The energized styling and abundance of optimism in the brand risks being seen as aggressive by some, but this was seen as a positive result. 

By establishing a strong presence and totally distinctive visual language, Sovereign refactors the expectations of the people it serves while communicating clearly "who we are for" by virtue of its brand.
